Well like you i need a lot of water. My body is just craving it like i am dehydrated all the time. I drink throughout the day and until recently I woudln't be able to sleep for more than two hours with out a drink of water. So what i did is i got some food in my diet that i knew would help absorb the water and ate more veggies as they have water in them, and that helped me sleep at night, plus i drink more during the day so at night the need for water isn't so bad. I am 11 weeks by the way. It would not be a bad thing to have a water bottle by your night stand just incase you do wake up that way you don't have to get up when you are thirsty, and make sure you go to the bathroom right before you go to bed, it helps keep your bladder empty so you don't wake up as often. good luck

Hi, I am constantly thirsty too, which is a nightmare at night. My husband keeps referring to me as a britta water filter as its just going straight through me! I do feel quite sick as well though as at least you are luky there! it doesn't worry me at all as we know our bodies need water and so it follows that we would need more now as the baby will be the same and what baby wants, baby gets! However if you are worried go chat to the doc, even if there isn't a problem with the water, worry isn't healthy. Good luck.

Hiya, maybe you should get yourself tested for diabetes, drinking loads of water is one of the symptoms. Also falling asleep all the time. Hope it's not but maybe worth a blood sugar test? Good luck!
