You may find it easier if you eat more substantial foods - for example if you are only having toast for breakfast (especially white toast - wholemeal/granery is much better as it fills you up for longer)its not supprising that you are having your lunch by 11. Try eating some porrige for breakfast or an egg with your toast.

For lunch again (you may be already so if you are - sorry) but use wholemeal/granery bread to make your sandwich. I am not a fan of tinned fruit but try having a tin of peaches or smthg with your lunch - you will be suprised how much it fills you up. Things like a glass of milk (add chocolate to it - nesquick or smthg if you have a craving)and fruit yoghurt are great fillers too.

If you are worried about putting on to much weight during your pregnancy and have a bit of a sweet tooth try freezing grapes and nibbling at them during the day as they become really sweet and are slow to eat so keep your hands and mouth occupied for longer. Snack on carrots/celery as well when you want to pick up biscuits.

Sorry for garbling on - hope that helps though!! good luck

I've been eating much more than usual and I find myself constantly thinking of food!
I'm 20 weeks now and have gained 1stone. At first I was having trouble eating but now I'm slightly better, the problem is I will get full after a meal and leave half of it then I will feel starving half an hour later as if I haven't eaten anything all day!
I'm quite lucky though, I've been craving really healthy food like fruit n veg and have gone off foods with high fat, but the amont of chocolate I've been having recently seems to have increased!

I think I just have one hungry baby!!
