I'm due in 7 weeks and cant think of any boys names that really stand out for me. I've looked in baby name books and on the net, found a couple that I quite like but nothing I totally love.
I like Lucas and Ayden. Any ideas would be appreciated, I like names that arent too common but at the same time not too unusual.

Congrats on the baby, i have a little girl and had the same problem. i ended up calling her emilie-mai. i know its a popular name but i got so fed up trying 2 find a unusal name that i just decided 2 change it around a bit. how about naming him after a place like posh did with brooklyn. good luck

I'm having the same dilemna, although I have 13 weeks to go. Like you, i want something that you don't hear too often, but not something too unusual. I like Oliver, but i think thats becoming popular. I also like Ryan, Connor, Jake, Samual, Ethan. but still, none of these really stand out.
Let me know what u decide on (promise i won;t nick it!!)
"Thanks"

Thanks for your reply, they are all nice names.
I know this sounds stupid but I think because I work with kids it puts me off a lot of names cos I already know somebody with it. No wonder i'm struggling so much x

Good luck Rosslyn. It must be so much harder for you cos you need to try and have 2 names that kind of match. Hope you and Hubby manage to decide on something and if all else fails you could pick one each x
"So hard!"

Names are sooooo hard! I like one but my other half hates it, so we're really struggling! I like name Charlie for a boy, or Dylan?!
