Dont even worry, you think your paranoid?? I lied to the doctor and said some of my problems were worse then what they were just so I could get a scan and know MYSELF that everything was fine!!! I know, psycho!! AND THAT DIDNT EVEN HELP!! Because then they couldn't find the heartbeat and they made me go through blood tests and that worried me more then before!! LOL!! Every little pain, headach, cramp freaks me out!! But I believe in the same thing as the women who wrote you before. If it's ment to be, it's ment to be, and oddly enough this hs calmed my nerves soo much!!! Dont worry or stress, its not good for the baby. Smile honey!!! CONGRATS AND GOOD LUCK!!!

p.s. Im 9 weeks and still check everytime I wipe

You're not paranoid at all!!! I am the same. Due around the same date, but only first pregnancy. It's all so exciting I can understand wanting to tell everyone, but I've been restraining myself so far. The toilet checking thing... yep I know what you mean. I think I'm most paranoid cas I work in the health care system, so most people I see have problems rather than the usual experience!! Good luck and don't stress too much... and anyway miscarriages usually happen for very good reasons and it won't be anything you could have changed or done differently... (I'm not saying they may not be extremely distressing, but for now I'm preferring to take the philosophical approach.)
"Thanks ladies !"

We should all be enjoying our pregancy ( easier said then done i know)

I guess the key is to be positive and look forward to holding our newborns...

I'm the same as you,i'm coming up to 6wks and i'm soo paranoid and scared as i miscarried at 9wks 3yrs ago. After i had my son Jack who is now 7 i didn't bother doing my pelvic floor exercises, and the outcome is a weak bladder. And now that i'm preggers it's even worse,i don't mean to sound rude, but i constantly feel like i'm leaking,so i have to wear a pad.And everytime i go to the toilet i check the pad, expecting to see blood. It horrible feeling like this as i really want to enjoy this experience, but i just can't relax.
