"My pregnancy tests"

ok i took a series of four tests before i even considered actually being pregnant. the first one came out and it was almost immediatly telling me it was positive. I figured i read it wrong or that the test was just too cheap so i passed it off. I got another one a little more expensive but still cheap, and it did the same thing. Positive in less than a min. the third and fourth were digital read out tests because i was so scared i thought i was just reading them wrong. It took me these tests to realize i was pregnant and these too came out in less than a min... well it was almost immediate.

I was scared at first and now i am happy to know i am gonna be a mommy, but does anyone know why the tests were so quick to react? how do the hormone levels increase through out your pregnancy? Do they? please respond
