can someone tell me if its possible that u are pregnant with a negative test result?! ive had no period for about 7 weeks, my stomach and breats have grown bigger and have all the signs of being pregnant. admittidly the test was really cheap, like £2 could that be a reason should i test again?! please help if anyone has anything similar or knows another reason. thankyou jes x

my periods are not regular they can be between 28 and 48 days apart. im now over both them dates. its been 3 weeks since my last period. ive done a test and it said negative but i have very sore nipples and signs of pregnancy. we had unprotected sex but my partner always pulls out before ejaculating. is there a chance im pregnant even though the test is telling me no. surely it would be positive by now if i was pregnant. does anyone have any ideas

The same thing is happening to me, my period is 7 weeks, i have almost all the sign's of being pregnant but still i only have negative test result's.
I'm having a blood test next week so finger's crossed.

I was late for my period by 9 days. I did a preganancy test last week when i was only 1 day late. This said it was negative. I re done a test yesterday and it said i was pregnant. I would definately do another test or go to your GP. I used the clear blue digital test. Good luck let me know how you get on.

Hi, i haven't ever had a negative result but i've heard it's impossible to get a false positive but not impossible to get a false negative.
Have you been trying for a baby? Are your periods usually regular? x

Hi im 17 and had been on the pill, but i felt the pill wasnt working as i never came on proper days and it totally messed my cycle up, so i came off it because i got preg symptoms. I took lots of tests all neg but my waist has gone from a 24 to a 38 and im only a size 10, i have felt movement in my belly, my boobs have gone bigger, and now only having a bleed, where as before i had regular periods and was very heavy and lasted 8 days, now i last 4 and am very light. I have been to my DR and still waiting for a scan, hopefully i will no soon, but im convinced iam as i have every symptom and a growing belly. So my advice is to everyone that is having this problem, dont think your going mad, just keep bugging the Dr's and get a scan thats the only way u will find out for sure. Im glad you said that bout not impossible to get a false neg, made me feel better x

yeh my periods are bang on time evry month and have never missed one. yes havent been on the pill since nov last year so dont know what to think of it unless i re test. so it could be a wrong negative x

yeh there all regular and everything has been perfectly fine and normal to do with periods etc. worrying because if i am not pregnant then something else could be wrong. x

Seems very strange then....sounds like you could be though!
I came off the pill in September, had regular periods and fell pregnant in the December.
The price of the test you used shouldn't really matter but if i were you i'd test again with a more expensive one to put your mind at rest.
I had really sore boobs and an implantation bleed, which wasnt an actual bleed but was a pinky/brown discharge for a day or two.... just a few spots when i wiped myself! Any sign of this?
