bit confused by your post but ill do the best to answer it, babies technically arent viable (able to survive outside the womb) until 24 weeks or so they say so this little one is doing great so far, im sure the doctors would have some idea why she is bruised if it was a natural birth maybe she got a bit battered on the way out, they are still so tiny at that gestation im not surprised or she may not have been bruised but in fact6 just blue from lack of oxygen there are so many possible causes for a baby born so prematurely. heres hoping the little one makes it and good luck to ur cousin, look up premature babies on google or something if u want to know more, im sure there is loads, xxx

hey there my cousin just gave birth to a baby girl. apremie, the baby only weighted about one pound. my aunt thinks that my cousin was only 5 months alng. my cousin had the baby a 22 weeks. the baby was breathing when she came out then stoped breathing. the doctors worked on the baby for 20 minutes then rushed the baby to the icu. the baby came out covered in busies and the doctors dnt know why. any suggestions would be helpful, so i can tell my cousin and aunt about it. my little sister found out this morning that baby isnt doing good.thanks for the help. kelly
