every moring i wake up i notice my stomach goes rock hard for a few minutes, then softens, i got my boyfriend to feel it this morning and the look on his face was one of pure horror, i mean dead hard, its a little painful, im 21 weeks pregnant, is this practise contractions or nothing to worry about, been feeling it for about a week or so now.

yeah, it sounds like braxtons. you have then all the way through pregnancy, and some will feel uncomfortable. also the way the baby ies can cause you o have a hard feeling.
near the end, they can become very severe, so much so, they can be mistaken for the real thing.
the way to determine is just by timing them.
it is completely normal, so don't worry. it is just your bodies way of preparing for labor.

Hi, im 19 weeks and i get this sometimes aswell i just assumed that it was the position of the baby....could be wrong though?!
