im 14 weeks pregnant and im getting really bad shooting pains on my right hand side is it just my belly streching and ajusting to the new life growing inside me help im scared x

The pains for me are not as bad but i understand what you are going through. Your baby is growning, and your body must adjust to that. Sadly for us that means a little pain. Don't be afraid to talk to your midwife. They are there to help us understand what it is that we are going through and to help us make it a good pregnancy.

It's happening to me too. It started when i was roughly 14 weeks aswell and I'm still experiencing it now in the lower part of my belly (I'm 22 weeks now)
I asked my midwife and she told me not to worry as it is just the muscles adjusting to carry the extra weight.
If it starts to get painful I would ask your midwife but otherwise just relax and don't worry about it.

it is quite painfull i dont want to be a pain to the midwife because i have had loads of stuff checked out already im just so scared x
