it's one of the draw backs to being pregnant. if it is just a sick feeling you are having, then try ginger. biscuits, or ginger ale. some times a digestive is good. try eating little and often instead of big meals. sip on water, don't drink a full glass in one. if you are being sick, then try some flat cola. heated lemonade is also good. keep your strength up,dont not eat.
usually the sickness passes around 12 weeks or so. i have had three kids, two of which, i was ok by 13 weeks, the other, it didn't stop at all. if it is severe, ask your midwife for some advice. as you can become dehydrated, if you sick for too long.
hope you overcome it soon.
take care

Hi i'm 8 weeks pregnant and been feeling really sick since i was 5+5 weeks. I'm finding it really difficult looking after my 2 year old and working part time. Ive tried everything seabands, vitamin B6 preggie pops etc with not much improvement.Although today is probably the best i've felt. When did people start feeling less sick?I need to know that there is an end insight. xx

The ony thing that helped me at all was polo mints...I carried packets of them and whenever I started to feel ill, I sucked on a mint. I had a week without food and was even bringing up water at one point, I was so depressed. I'm now 16 weeks and absolutely fine, the sickness went at about 14 weeks.
Good luck!
