after the birth? I am thinking at a good french saucisson or parma ham, a salad "campagnarde" with gesiers de canard, warm potatoes, vinegar balsamic or one with goat cheese, and of course, a good glass of wine, a red one... I am already dreaming... And you ?

i had parma ham last week ( dinner out for work!) and I really enjoyed it without any feelings of I shouldn't be eating this!!! For me I will love a medium/rare steak! or une cote de boeuf!!! How do you feel now? are you soon off worK. i am glad you found at last a good midwife! Emilie

I am dreaming about the parma ham, with a good baguette bien fraiche !!
I am fine otherwise, thank you. I am still working and my official date for the maternity leave is the 12/8 but i asked to continue until the 26. I now work from 10 to 4 instead of 9 to 5.30, it is a great advantage cause there is nobody in the train, i dont need to ask for a seat, it is very good.
I went to my 1st classe of antenatal courses last night. They dont show us how to breath now because they say that when the moment comes, every woman knows which way is the best for her to breath. Well, that makes sense for me. It was quite interesting and I met a french woman with whom i will keep in touch, hopefully. She is due for the 21 and me the 25/09.
What about you, do you feel your baby moving now? And how were your holidays in France, they didnt tease you too much about the system in England??
