Endometriosis but wanting a baby

Just been told i have Endometriosis after an emergency laparoscopy. they have cleaned everything up best they can but its three weeks later and still in lost of pain, I start treatment on monday for 6 months to put me in to the menopause by giving me Zoladex i'm only 24 and had been trying to get pregnant for over a year they have said that I could need help after.

Any advice about what to expect??

I have got endometriosis and pcos and had zoladex in 2005 for 6 months. You have to have an injection at the doctors every few weeks (I think its 10 or 12). There are some side affects I had a few hot flushes but not much else. Your periods will stop for the duration you are on it. After I came off it, it took a while for my periods to return unfortunately it didnt work for me and Im now having IVF but I did feel better whilst I was having it, I wasnt in pain and my skin cleared up.
