I have ibs, and a lot of other problems, and am on loads of meds, where you having periods on the pill, this is still early days though, as it can take a while to get periods sorted out when coming of the pill and the ibs makes it worse. This may sound silly, but if you squeeze your breast are you producing any fluid, and are you having any preg symptoms? if so The best thing to do is go to the doctors and get some bloods done as I have had the same thing and they found that my hormone levels were not at the correct levels, this was as a result of all the health probs, but ibs was contruibuting, they gave me cabergoling (think that is the spelling it is said cab-ou-go-ling) you can only get it from specialist but if hormone levels are wrong you can get referal to gyni who can give it to you. This med will correct your levels, (it can take a few months, it is not an overnight thing sorry) then you will return to normal, and fretility does return, well it must, am 23 weks with two bumps, so their is hope, do not worry to much just get the tests done first, so go docs, and explain the situation and insist on the bloods for your hormone levels.
Good luck shel
