My husband and I have tried unsuccessfully for many years to have a baby. We have had 2 failed IVF cycles. Unfortunately both my husband and myself have problems. My husband has a very low sperm count and although I still ovulate I do not have an adequte egg reserve for IVF stimulation. Its been a very difficult few years for us. My 2 younger sisters in the last 4 years have produce between them 5 healthy children and although I love being an Auntie it makes me sad that I am unable to have my own child. We are seeking a kind person who would be willing to donate their eggs to us. Unfortunately we are not very well off financially but we would be able to pay reasonable expenses. My husband is Turkish and I am Scottish with blonde hair and blue eyes. We live in Scotland. We would love to hear from anyone who could make our dream come true.

hi, this is my first time in this forum, reading your lines it seems you are so sad. Let me tell you that your case is like many others... like mine, for example. My husband has a very low quantity of sperms, and also the motility is almost inexistent, but we are on our 3rd. cycle, hoping that everything will be ok. this time. On the first cycle I "produced" 5 eggs, from which only 3 were on 2nd. metaphase, on the 2nd. cycle 6 eggs, from which 6 were on 2nd. metaphase, and on this 3rd. cycle 7! But, 1 was unnormal, 1 was degenerated, and only 3 were on 2nd. metaphase, and only 2 were fecundated. Now I am wating for tuesday for the beta.
You know? my message is to fight, fight, fight until you can. My husband is on fifties I am 35, it is 5 years I am trying. A friend of mine had twins on january 6th, and you how old is she? 46....

Thanks very much for your message. It's kind of you to offer. Unfortunately in the UK you have to be 35 years or under to be an egg donator. My sister had previously offered but at the time she was 37 years old and they would not consider using her eggs. Again thanks for your reply. It takes a special person to offer this gift to people. I live in hope that I will find a suitable donor here in the uk.

i have just been reading your post as i have not logged on to this page for some time i to was in the same situation as you not so long ago last september and i was deverstated i thought my world had crashed i posted on this site for egg donors as like you have i did have a responce but was let down again i was so upset but the law in this country puts a lot of people off wanting to donate have you thought off donation in spain good luck and dont give up

Hi thanks very much for your message. I'm sure you have been through all the same emotions as myself. I did look into the Spanish option, however our finances are not great at the moment. We have paid for our 2 ICSI cycles and our savings are depleted. I am hoping if we find a donor that this cycle will be funded by the NHS. But after so many knockbacks in the past I am now more pessimistic about our chances. I hope you have found success.
