I had IUI 9 days ago. I've felt "strange" ever since then and today have had what I can only describe as a dull aching period pain - nowhere near as sharp as it usually is and I have felt slightly nauseous. Is this an effect of HCG injection or is it a good sign?

Hello I had my IUI done 9 days ago my feelings are the same as yours I was due on my period friday is this a good sign that I have not yet come on. I did a pregnancy test a few days ago and it was positive but I don't know if it has anything to do with the HCG injection that I had what do you think?
