We are looking for an egg donor to help us
We are a couple urgently looking for an egg donor. Five years ago I was part of a small number of women who fought for controversial treatment for reccurent miscarriage from a group of pioneering doctors in Chicago and the UK.
I had six miscarriages, but then was so lucky to concieve and a carry my child full term after the treatment. I spent a lot of time promoting my brilliant doctor and put a lot of effort into trying to break down the barriers to other women getting the help. I went on Richard and Judy, Womans Hour and appeared in the Sunday Times and have been contacted by several women who went on to have babies as a result of the publicity my story generated.
We have tried unsuccessfully to have another child, but so much time has passed, while I can carry a pregnancy full term now with treatmtent, my eggs simply aren't good enough. We have tried egg donation once but sadly it didn't work the first time. Time is running out fast for us, and we so desperately want to be able to complete our family.
I'm now need to ask for for help. If you think you could consider donating eggs to us, we would be so grateful. Its not something we ever thought we'd find ourselves doing, but life has continually suprised us and here we are.
