After ivf abroad
Hi, all. I had intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) treatment abroad and successfully got pregnant. I came back to the UK this week just after I had a positive result at the clinic (4w2d).
I am now wondering when I should call my GP. I also wonder if NHS will be looking after me during my pregnancy. I had an IVF once at a private clinic in the UK (it was not successful), so I wonder if my GP will ask me to go to the private clinic again....
Is there anyone who got pregnant after treatment abroad and see a midwife from NHS? I am not young (43 yrs old) so there will be much chance for me to have anything complicated during my pregnancy.
