Trying to relax??how???

Do please tell me if you have found a technique for relaxing. It's been 4 months seeking for a baby and I feel more anxious than the first month. I know that it is not easy but what?? You have to spend a year for a general practicioner to just listen to you. My significant other is one of them and he thinks first that I'm crazy and second that you have to worry after two years of normal ttc. Do you think it is fair for a person to wait until so long?? Or.. trying to change nature is useless and stupid??? Give me your responses I need to know what you think. Kisses, Vir.

Take your mind off it!

Hi, I'm new to the forum and saw your post bit late sorry. Any luck?? My husband and I have been trying for 18 months without luck. It's hard to keep smiling when everyone around us seems to be falling pregnant or popping out their third one!! I think you just have to get on with life. Nature goes at its own speed and there's nothing we can do. If you are your partner are stressed it can affect conception, so really, relax enjoy being together, don't turn him or you into a baby making factory, or the fun will go out of it!! It will happen at the right time that's what you have to keep telling yourself. Good luck Jo x

"trying to relax??how??? "

Me and my partner have been trying for a month now, but we have been having unprotected sex for over a year, but not really trying (like calculating ovulation dates etc) and ive fallen pregnant once although I had a miscarriage over a month ago, I think a year is way too long to be honest as even after a month its driving me crazy to think what could i be doing wrong etc, i think there should be a time limit less that a year say 3-4 months or something. I don't think there is anyway to relax with this as it will alwasy sbe on your mind, only way is to dictract it for a while, but i don't think you can actually properly relax.

Sorry hope ive made sense.
