Egg donatioin swap for sperm donation

Hi!
I am desperate to have another baby (I already have one from a previous relationship). My husband is infertile so natural conception is not possible. We are unable to afford IVF. I had heard of a donor sharing programme where a woman "swaps" her eggs for a sperm donation. If anyone knows if this is true or not, please can you let me know? I am willing to try most things to have another baby

we asked if it would help finding eggs faster if we donated sperm from my partner but our doc said no they dont do that its totally different things.
it might not be the same every where tho.
