Pcos, laparoscopy and dye test then pregnancy

Hiya, i spent ages reading through these posts listening to stories about pcos and pregnancy wishing i could get pregnant so now i thought id tell you my story!
i had pcos for 3 years and about a year ago told the doctor i wanted a baby, we tried for nearly a year with no luck so the doctor advised me to go and have a laparoscopy and dye test. following that, the doctor sent me a referral to the fertility clinic, The exact month after my operation i found out i was pregnant!!
i am now 16 weeks and cant believe it! i honestly thought i would never b able to have children and ive read how people with pcos became pregnant, always thinking that will never happen to me! and it did when i least expected it! and wasnt even trying as was recovering from my op whilst waiting for a fertility clinic appoinment!
