Ivf tips

Hi all

Just wondered if any who's been through IVF has any helpful hints and tips as i really want this to work first time. I've heard lots of things from laying flat on my back for the first week or two to using fertility crystals etc..

Unfortunatley a lot of it is luck. Try to relax, try not to get stressed (easier sai than done I know) and try not to look for any little sign that it has worked ...
