hi there

me and my husband have been together now for 6 years and today we had our second scan. i'm 16 weeks pregnant and we were told today that we're expecting twins, we're so excited and have decided not to tell our families just yet, we want to try and keep it a secret for a while. before we found out we decided not to find out the sex and so now we have to come up with 2 boys names, 2 girls names and then a nice boy/girl combination. i'd like the names to be similar but not really popular names. anyone got any ideas? we dont know where to start lol

me and my husband have been studying names all week and this is what we have come up with so far. obviously they're subject to change so please let us know what you think

ethan robert

(the first names are similar but not too much)

for girls

emma-jane
ella-rose

(again similar but when the girls are older they can seperate themselves from each other if they want by one being known by say emma and the other ella-rose or vice versa)

we've only looked at names beginning with e, r and j to make it easier. do you think these names are too popular? my husband was concerned that they'd already be known who they are no matter how popular their names because they will be twins and giving them semi popular names we will mean they are more likely to make friends in the classroom. i had no idea how much hard work went into picking names lol
