Meaning of avilee

Hi,
If we have a girl we have decided to call her Avilee as both me and my husband love it. I came across it on one of these forums but haven't be able to find it in any books or baby name sites, which makes me like it even more as is unusual. However I would really like to know what its meaning is. I found a similar name, Avilynn which means long awaited, but can't find Avilee. Anyone know what it means?

I have found the name Avila which it is possibly the name which it was taken from originally and the meaning for this - although still largely unknown is below....

Medieval Germanic name, possibly short form of Germanic name Ava. It begins with the element avi, of unknown meaning, possibly "desired". It is also a Spanish province and town. Avila is often bestowed in honor of St. Teresa of Avila (1515-82).
