I think is lovely. Junior would be very cute for a baby, but as an adult I think it would be a really bad name to have to live with, I will be perfectly blunt here (sorry) but I think you have to think long term. When your son is in his twenties and trying to start out on his chosen career path I think with a name like Junior he will struggle to get people to take him seriously. I also think one day he will be 80 years old and maybe Junior isn't very fitting then.
Freddie Fincham sounds great though, it has style to it as well and well as making your little un to be sound like a real cheeky chap

I have to say my associations of Junior are either as a pet nickname for the bump whilst a woman is pregnant, Peter and Jordan and Americans. I think Freddy (also v. nice spelt Freddie) is a much nicer name and sounds very cool with the surname!
But that is only my personal opinion and the name Junior may well be becoming more popular now - i don't know.
