What do you think of these names need help

hi all

I am 16weeks and 3 days gone with my first child and we are starting to talk to names

I can only think of girls names

Caitlin Louise
Ellena Lilly ~(After my great great gran an my great gran)

I also like the name Emily but it is to much like mine (emma)

My partner for a boy thinks that Leo is a good idea not to sure myself I like xander myself but I know that it will confuse people

Really need some help with names as a name is for life and I want it to be a strong name thats not to cutie as they will have it when they are adults in the working world

of the names you put 4 girls i think Ellena Lilly is better

perhaps u could call ur boy (if you have 1) Leoxander --it sounds nice and both of u would like the name
but w/ that name you should put a little middle name or it would sound wierd-- how bout Gael (gah-ell )? its a spanish name that I find very pretty
and I like Leoxander Gael

and the suggestion below is good 2

Lillyenna?

What about Lillyenna, combining the two names of your grans? It sounds really pretty and isn't such a mouthful.
