What about 'agatha' for a baby girl? please help

What do you think about 'Agatha' for a baby girl? Does it seem to be an original name? I love that 'Aggie' form a lot Sounds sweet.

I would call my daughter Agathe (I'm French) if my boyfriend was ok with it but he insists on Alaïs
But Agathe would definitely be my first choice (I choose boy name - Rafael - so he got to choose girl name)
