Is iona to similar to oona?

i like the name iona for a girl but have a cousin with a daughter called oona ( also can be spelt una), would iona be too similar to oona?

No. They are totally different names. If you like it, go for it.... Maybe you should discuss it with your cousin frst, if you feel that you can, to see if she has any objections? If she is fine with it, then no one else has a right to complain.
