Aptamil easy digest

Tried switching Kaitlyn to C&G Comfort and it didn't suit her so back on Aptamil 1 at the mo, anyone tried the Aptamil easy digest at all? Didn't know it existed til OH spotted it in supermarket yesterday, just wondering if it's worth a try to settle her tummy or if it's likely to be too similar to the C&G comfort, just read somewhere it's exactly the same just in different packaging but made by different companies so how can that be?

Easy digest milk

I had my LO on Aptamil 1st and thought she was quite colicky in the evening. I saw Easy Digest and thought that might be worth trying to help her in the evenings to feel more comfortable. She has been on it for 5days now and started bein sick after each bottle. She never did this on the Aptamil first so i am going to try her back on that. I will let you know how i get on.
If anyone finds out why this could be could you please let me know?
Thank You

Hey

yeh i was topping Mia up with that milk as she had really bad reflux, to be honest i didnt think it helped at all and seemed to make her sicker as it is quite thick milk.
i switched her to the normal aptamil and she has hardly been sick on it! BUT im not sure if its cos she was at the age where babies usually grow out of reflux and tummy problems.

we had loads of problems with her tummy and sometimes she would be up for hours and hours screaming in pain, but by the time she was 5 months she grew out if it, and once i started her on solids at 5 and a half months it totally disappeared!

give the milk a go as anything is worth a try, and they all work differently with different babies.

good luck hun

kate & Mia 7 and a half months already!!!!

Hiya

Not tried it hun, Riley's on Aptimil follow on, but used to have the extra hungry one.
C&G and Aptimil are owned by the same company, but they are different products. When I was working as a nurse we were visite by the Aptimil rep who told us this. He said that tyhe two milks are actually quite different. I have never compared the ingredients lists on them both tho!

Sorry cant be of much more help hunny
Nikki x
