hey ladies,

my baby is now 6 wks old and doing very well. but he is already on milk for hungry babies and havin 6oz every three hours. he has just started sleepin betta at nite, he goes five hours then has a bottle then goes another 4 hours.
The thing is during the day he now starts moaning as though he is still hungry when he has only been two hours. im really confused bout wot to do as he is a very big baby. he weighed 9lb 120z when he was born and now he is weighing a whopping 14lb 3oz. but the health visitor says he is not fat and he is all in proportion,

if anyone could help me and give me any ideas, should i put his bottle up to 7oz?

thanks chevonne xxx

My baby will be 12 weeks on Monday... when he was born he was 10lbs 5. I had to put him on the hungry baby food straight away!

Here is a few ideas for you to try (only if you want)

At night give him a quarter of a rusk mixed with a wee bit water...
Up his bottle to 7oz...
Maybe try him with a couple of spoons of baby food in the morning!

I have been giving Logan rusks since he was 3 weeks! Your baby will only eat if he is hungry, i dont believe in waiting until he is older to give them baby food! Logan is so content weighed 15lbs 4 two weeks ago and sleeps all night!

Good luck x
