I have had my little boy 11 weeks ago on sat. He is a really good baby and has slept through the night since birth but he hasnt got a routine as such. He tends to sleep through the day on and off and wakes up in the evening. He then sleeps at around 10 and has a last feed at 12 then goes straight through till 7:30 but i want more of a routine like he goes to bed at 7 etc. How do I achieve it? I also need advice on sex. I still havent had sex yet as i dont feel the need too and also a bit frightened as i was torn badly during delivery. How do I get it back

Thanks for any advice

MY boy is 8 weeks old, he has a good routine. He feeds in the late afternoon / evening, then either has playtime or naptime (you cant make a bub nap, they do what they want!), I try to have him in bed by 9pm, then he will wake once or twice for a quick night feed (lately only once, been great!). Wakes up shortly after the sun rises. Follow the link to this forum, it has been a GODSEND for me, I cant live without it!!!

Its Australian but you should be able to sign up to the forums, these women are so helpful...not that it matters but are you breastfeeding, I have to feed my baby to sleep most of the time unless he is really tired.
