Hi, im pretty sure you can speak both languages to her, i have worked as a nanny to 2 different bi lingual families and in both situations i spoke english with the children and the family spoke, hindi and the other french?? The children were both aged 2 and niether spoke there mother tongue, or english when i started caring for them, by the time, they were 3 both were fluent in both languages?? Oh also i do go to a toddler group with my son and one of the mums theres speaks in english and another language to her son. There minds are like little sponges and they quickly pick things up, i do know the experts think pre school is the best time to teach a second language! good luck
