posted same question over on expecting but feel like an imposter!

when do babies usually start crawling about? I kmow all babies are different.

Kieran is 28 weeks today and made his 1st few crawling movements a few days ago. He got 2 movements forward before falling on his face!

how old were your baby's??

Before my daughter started crawling she would shuffle round on her back. "Body hopping" my sister called it. This was at about 5 months and it took her another couple of months before she got the hang of crawling. My sister's 2 eldest sons were about the same age. Once your son does start crawing you'll spend all your time getting him out of corners or from behind the sofa, so don't rush him! Lol!

hi there. my baby started trying at about 6 and a half months but didnt fully start till about 7 months.
