Advice needed.. upset tummy??

Just wondered if anyone could help on this one...

Yesterday morning George had loose stools but in the eve it was watery and mucusy (if that makes sense) he had 5 dirty nappies yesterday and so far this morning sonce 7am i have changed 3 nappies (its now 08.16)

he seems fine in himself.. and has not been sick..

Can this be a bug or teething? hes nearly 19wks and i thought that the teething signs would be much later on..

Any help or advice would be great before i totally panic and call the doctor...

Abigail has the same problem n she is the same age as george. I took her to the doc last tuesday n he said she could have an infection but will clear up on its own, could take a week as we cant starve out babies to get rid of a bug can we? like we would if we had it. Abigail is happy all the time aswell. I think if there was a serious problem George and abigail would be upset n unsettled would they?

I was told to give her lots of water n the doc also gave me rehydration sachets to give her. Hasnt cleared yet n abi still pooing loads ha ha ha ha

Im gona give it till tuesday then ring the doc again.

took him to the docs and she said hes fine.. doesnt know why hes got a poorly tummy but i have to expect it for the next 3 days! hes had 4 dirty nappies since i posted this morning...
