I am exactly the same

My bladder is rubbish at the moment, and has been since the birth of my daughter at the end of 2007. I have tried to do pelvic floor exercises but it isn't having much effect. I have terrible hayfever at the moment and I am leaking the whole time when I sneeze. It's very embarrassing. My husband doesn't mind and is very supportive but I am very paranoid about it. I have a midwife appointment this afternoon and I will mention it but I can't think of what she can do about it.

It's getting me down so much as I am always having to wear pads and when I am not wearing underwear (like at night) I have to change my pj's every day. And because I wear pads so much, I have started getting thrush cos it's so warm down there.

It's more common than you think, not that that helps much.

I feel for you!

Awwww

don't go bouncing on a trampoline like I did in Tenerife just in case

What's this thingy from Boots then?

... dont worry hun.......

... i was the same after i had cadene.... i got a pelvic floor exercise thing from boots........................ you can get electric or manual ones depending on how much you spend but they start at about 25 quid but prob cheaper if you shop around... it's prob cause the pregnancies are close together i suppose............ it really worked for me because you can just use it when you're walking around and build up your strength..... hope you dont get a cold hun, could be disasterous............. lol........... hope that helps anyway xx danica and cadene 9 months xx

Aww

Poor you. I think you should maybe mention it to your midwife. Dont know if there is anything she could give you, if not she would advise you on what to do. Dont be embarrassed. Its the joys of being a lady, lol. God men get it easy, dont you think?
