Green poop

hey girls

I was just wondering whether any of your babies have had green poo b4? Abigail has had loose stools now for 2 weeks. Ive taken her to the doc twice n ive sent in a poo sample(results on tuesday) she is eating and drinking ok but today very unsettled and her poo is green. Just wondered whether this could be a sign of a virus?? or an allergy? am i just worrying too much?

I may be wrong but I think it's something to with bile that normally turns yellowy as it makes it's way through body but because Abigail has runs it's coming thru much quicker so doesn't have time to change colour. Try not to worry, you've done all right things and i'm sure that when she's got rid of whatever is making her have diarrhoea her poo will go back to normal colour. If you are worried (ive just realised it's easy to say don't worry...i would be the same as you!) could you take her to out of hours doc just to put mind at rest or ring NHSdirect? It's good that she's eating and drinking. Could it be the heat that's unsettling her? I don't know about you but it's so humid and uncomfortable where we are.
