Severe infection and 7oz in 3 days

Hi everyone

Hope your all well, have no idea where the time is going, one minute its 7am, the next minute its 11pm lol!

Had midwife out today to get signed off as its been 10 days.

Megan is absolutely fine, so much for them loosing weight,she got weighed 3 days ago and went from 8lb 15oz to 9lb, today she is 9lb 7oz.......couldnt believe it!!!

I have had a really high temperature the last few nights which has left me not knowing what im doing where i am, bed soaking (sorry tmi), and ive had to get into freezing baths, nothing is staying down, not even fluids and ive had severe pains in my side, midwife called out the doctor who has told me i have quite a severe infection, so now im on anti biotics, and hoping they work soon so i can be a proper mummy, its a pain as im still recovering from c section!!

Good news about Megans weight gain. Archie has gone from 8lb14 to 9lb4 which I was really surprised by!
Im sorry to hear your not feeling so good hun, it must be rotten in this heat too!! I hope you feel better soon, put your feet up, get a nice fan going and try and eat summin. xx

congrats on your little girl sounds like she's doing really well.......... you poor thing that must be hard........ make sure you rest up and keep your fluids up even if you dont feel like eating........... take care hun

it's horrid when you are ill after the birth as you just want to take care of your little one - i was the opposite though, sooooooooooo cold.
really hope you feel better soon!
