Cold meal ideas?

Our house is soooo hot it's just too much to have the cooker on as well plus none of us feel like eating anything hot, Kaitlyn's point blank refusing anything warm at teatime but am running out of ideas for what to give her now. Have done every variation on a sandwich I can think of and she's a bit young to manage salad yet, any ideas anyone?

What about.....

............ pasta salad with salmon and avocado...... potato salad........... smoked mackerel....... cucumber, pepper and celery sticks... couscous salad with roasted veg....... homemade coleslaw with apple sultanas etc...........cucumber salad with yoghurt dressing.... umm that's all i can think of for now.. hope it helps xx danica xx
