Then she woke at 3.30am... i am shattard today plus i think i either have hayfever or a cold. I thought id never say this but bring on winter!!! lol... hope u ladies arnt having to much trouble with this heat!

We keep going up and checking on her even though we have moinitors but its first time we have put her down in our bedroom on her own, hopefully she wont be to hot and bothered through the night cos i need sleep lol!

Hey hun, Im sorry to hear you didnt have a good night last night, it was disgutingly hot!!!
Archie wasnt too bad, I just had him in a small vest top. He did take a bit longer to go back off to sleep in the night, he def wasnt as settled as he was the night before!!
The problem I have is I cant stand this weather either and I agree, bring on the winter!!!!
I feel so sorry for him, I cant do anything to make him more comfortable!!

Anyway, I hope we all get a better night tonight, and bring on the breeze, I hope it rains here too!!

Love to all

Hey

I know what you mean. Megan was fine in the early evening, woke up at 11, and settled down again really easily, but come 3am, she just wouldnt go down, she is very clingy at the moment and i was tired, so hubby took over and brought her downstairs.

Hopefully she has an easier night tonight, if not, we will be stripping her off and wiping her down as much as poss!!
Good luck tonight hun

Nat and 12 day old Megan xx

Aw poor you

it was the worst night so far last night wasnt it. we tried draping a cold wet towel draped near to cot as apparently when it evaporates it cools the air, don't think it worked much tho. We kept the fan on all night too. Sam has just been in nappy, dunno what more we can do. Luckily we seem to be able to keep cooler in day so i'm just resting when he does, hope you can do same x x x
