Soz if tmi but any1 else like this??? is it normal???

Olivia is now 15 month old.
Since having her ive noticed every now and again if i kneel down or move my leg apart or just move my leg in a certain position sometime si will get this pain like on the bone of my lady bits. Feels quite painful but only lasts a few seconds, but am i supposed to get this? Its like a splitting pain through my down there.

i would of replyed earlier but im not going to be of any help really but no one else has replied???
umm i kind of know what u mean about a week after having rosie i got this pain your describing and its only recently eased off but everytime i got it i done pelvic floor exercises and its seemed to of helped and i havent had it for a few days now? maybe try these and see if they help? um if not then i would contact ur doctor.
