I cant stop crying... what is wrong with me!!!!!!!!!!!!

For no REAL reason I have started to cry! it began as I got the sleeve of my jumper caught in the washing machine door earlier, RIDICULOUS thing to cry about. I must hav blubbed for over an hour!
THEN>>>>>>&g t;>>>>>>> >>>> I calmed down and every few mins I just start blubbin for no reason! I am not hormonal as I have just finished AF, but I seem to hav gone a bit barmy!
I dont know if i am lettin out everythin that I keep bottled up while hubby's away in time for his return... Or if i have just slightly lost the plot!
I feel like this post is a bit pointless but even writing it has started me off!!!!
Does anyone else ever hav days where they are just a blubbering wreck??
