Nap times and night times

Hey girls!

just wondering where you keep your babies during the day for nap times and where u keep them for night time sleep?

In the day if at home rosie sleeps in moses basket in living room but if were out she will sleep in pram/car seat and when we come home we will put her in her bouncy chair which lays back or again the moses basket.

On a night time we've started putting her up in our room in moses basket with curtains closed and landing light on with the moinitors on...she does sleep for longer now but was a bit confussed on the day naps?

Hey pal,
Well I have started over the weekend 2 put little one in the her own room in cot in the daytime abit now.
If she falls asleep when out its in the carseat or pushchair. She does hava swinging chair which she sleeps in 2 but just trying 2 put her down in cot now 4 day naps.
At nite shes in the rocking crib in r rm. We have a moses basket downstairs but she ain't keen in there so thinkin of puttin it away at the weekend.
Anyway, hope u get sorted hun.

Sleeps

Hi there,

Emily sleeps only about 2-3 times during day and this can be from 20 mins to an hour. She does sleep on the sofa on my support pillow but as she gets older and more mobile then this is not an option and i guess she will have to go upstairs...

In the evening anytime from 7pm to 8.30pm she will sleep in her room in her moses basket, curtains closed and door slightly ajar.

10pm feed then back to bed until 6.30am - 7am!

Emily will go into her cot within a week -eek!

Hi hun

when Riley was a wee one, we kept him in the living room in his basket till around 8 weeks! then I started putting him down in his own room with the monitor on for all his naps!
We then used to put him down in his own cot at bedtime &pm( or there abouts), and when we went to bed at about midnight we gave him a dream feed and put him into a travel cot in our room so he could sleep with us!

this worked really well and when he was about 8 months I transferred him into his own room for all sleeps and nighttime with no problem at all!
Hope that is of some use hun x x x
