Maternity grant form

Hi hope everyone is doing well.

I was just wondering I have my 28 week midwife appointment today ). Is it okay for my midwife to fill the back of my form in even though I won't be 29 weeks?

I won't be sending it till Im 29 weeks as it won't be accepted but my next midwife appointment isn't till I'm nearly 32 weeks (i think). As I was early with my son and I have been told I have a good chance of having another early baby (hope not I'm at a wedding on sept 5th, i will be 36+2), I need to make sure I have the money before bubba arrives in time for me to get baby things in.

I seem so impatient but I'm worried I won't have everything ready in time.

I got the midwife to fill it in, although she tried telling me that having a baby at 36 weeks isn't early. Bloody makes a difference especially when your not prepared.

It's all filled in and ready to be sent off on the 17th July (29+1). Just sent my health in pregnancy grant off today too (nearly 3 weeks late).
