Hosp again

My poor little boy
He was at the docs on Fri because I found a hard lump on his neck! The Doc said to keep an eye on it for a week. Well on Sun he came out in a rash, he would vomit up his bottle and was restless so we took him to the NHS walk-in centre, luckily we were able to see one of our surgeries doctor. He said the lump wasn't anything to worry about and it should just go, he felt the lump and insisted we go back to the docs again today and get refered.
So, I took him back again today, this doc took one look at it and agreed, he has refered him and we have an appointment with a Paediactric specialist tomorrow morning

I really hate all this waiting and not knowing, its total heartbreak!!

Anyway, I will let you know how he gets on tomorrow xx

Hi hun

Riley also had 2-3 of these lumps on the back of his kneck when he was smaller!
His were just deposits of excess fatty tissue that eventually dispersed as he go bigger! you could almost get your fingers around them and they were quite hard, and could move them about easily! about the size of a pea, like Siri's were.

I hope that its a similar thing as riley's was hun. although with him having his vomiting on sunday and a wee rash it might be that the virus or bug has caused his little glands to swell. I am sure he'll be ok hunny, but Its stressfull when they are ill when they're so young!
Massive hugs and let us know how ya get in mate!

Hi hun

very quick reply as have to run - i found a hard lump behind one of siri's ears a few months ago - then it moved, and i was getting a bit worried, but the HV said it was nothing, and it wasn't until your post now that i have remembered she ever had it.
it was hard and maybe the size of a pea, and moved fairly easily - was a bit freaky really.
i really hope that archie's is the same sort of thing, ie nothing
they will take good care of you hun

((((hugs))))
