Bad days??

Hi girls

Just wondering, do you all still have days when being a mother just feels all too overwhelming and you don't know what you're doing?

I've been having a few days lately where I'm feeling a bit low and sort of thought that as my little boy is almost 13 months I would have got to grips with motherhood a bit better by now!

Sorry for the moan.

Claire xxxx

PS I promise I'm going to start posting and replying to more posts from now on, thanks everyone xxx

Hey there,
Well I regularly ask myself wot am I doin?!
My eldest is 3 and I still sumtimes think, " God, wot am I doin, I'm rubbish at this!" But then I have the days that make up 4 it!
It is very hard and I get very anxious n frustrated sumtimes. I think it's all part of learnin n we will always feel a tad like it, its all part of motherhood!!
U aren't alone hun, don't give urself a hard time.

Oh yes!

and it's always when I'm getting a bit blase and think i've cracked it that we have a day that reminds me that it takes waaaay more than 20 weeks to crack motherhood!

Bad days

Hi there,

I am sure that there will always be bad days, even when they are grown up. Emily is 20 weeks now and we have mostly good days but I am sure as her routine changes or she is unwell then we will experience the bad days......

Anyway, isn't that what Sofem is for when things get too much

Natalie & Emily (20 weeks) x

Hi claire,

yes I have lots of days like that! I just feel like I'm getting a handle on things and then her routine goes to pot or she starts doing something new and I'm back to feeling completely lost and like I haven't a clue what I'm doing. Think it's pretty normal hun but know it's not a nice feeling, am here anytime if you need to chat.

Love and hugs,
Clare and Kaitlyn (very nearly 8 months!) xxx
