Tmi, really really sorry

hi ladies,

i'm really sorry for this post and i'm very embarrassed but your the only people i feel i can ask for advice!
i had jacob 4 mths ago now and everything seems to be back to normal except when i go the toilet for a number 2 (i'm really sorry) it hurt and stings and when i wipe there is bright red blood it only hurts when i go the toilet and it doesn't hurt when i sit down, has anybody else had this? i have been using a cream for that area but it doesn't seem to be making any difference. i get myself so stressed when i need to go the toilet!!
i'm really sorry again for this post, i'm so embarrassed but like i said if there is anyone i can ask it's you ladies

Exactly the same...

Hi hun,

I have exactly the same, afraid to say it sounds like you also have piles! I thought I'd gotten away with it as they didn't seem to appear until a few weeks after I had Thomas, but maybe it was because it was all a bit sore down there anyway, and I only noticed when the stitches had gone, etc. I just mentioned it to the doctor at my 6 week check, and she gave me some cream to apply twice a day, and it doesn't hurt nearly as much when I go to the toilet now.....

Hope i've helped a little!

Hi

This happened to me for a while after my first baby, stung for months but as for blood it would be a small amount literally a couple of spots of fresh blood no more. If its more than that i'd mention to gp or health visitor as you may not be healing, did you have a tear or stitches?
kerry, frankie 15months and vinnie bump 30 wks xxxx
