darn pesky kids!
oliver goes thro phases where he is a pain in the butt at meal times, altho it does usually coincide with him either being poorly or having a tooth coming thro, but sometimes he is a nightmare.
i eventually adopted the attitude that i would offer his meal a couple of times, try and get him to eat it and if he wont, then i take it away and that is the end of it. he doesnt eat crisps and chocolate, because i dont let him have them. the only time he does have chocolate is if he has been a good boy and eaten his own food, then i let him have a tiny bit, but other than that............
no crisps, but i dont eat them so they are never in the house.
all i can suggest is stick with it, but dont get him treats in order to get him to 'eat something'. my HV (and lots of other mums!) told me that a child won't starve itself, it will eat when it is hungry, if logan knows that you are going to offer him something naughty, then he will refuse his food. they are cleverer than we give them credit for.
hang in there hun - just be firm!
