Help...meal times....so stressed.

I really dont no what to do with Logan come meal times.

He isnt eating the things i put down to him (proper meals) he wont eat a roast, mince, tatties, omelette, veg, chicken, soup etc, he scream and has a huge tantrum. He will eat chicken nuggets or turkey escalopes or pizza!

We have cut out snacks during the day...he eats his cereal in the morning with a struggle, doesnt eat his lunch, wont eat dinner.

What am I going to do?

Really pulling my hair out, please give me advice on what to do!

Hey hun!

I like Danica's Idea, Maybe make pizza with Logan, Get him to help put all the toppings onto the base and you can blend Veggies in with the tomato sauce too!
you can blitz your own breadcrumbs too and maybe make your own nuggets with diced chicken breast rolled in the crumbs! then oven bake em!
I would just keep making his meal up and sitting him at the table with you guys. Dont try to fuss him and make him eat. Maybe in the end he'll just start to try things on his own!
I cant imagine how stressed this must be getting you hunny!
I think a lot of kids go through a long phase like this and eventually they seem to grow out of it, but for you it can seem like forever!

What about dried fruit or little snacks like that? how does he do with stuff like that?

Homemade fast food

if he likes nuggets, pizza etc you can make your own healthy versions without the sugar / salt / additives........... for example pizza dough is easy to make add a quick homemade tomato sauce with hidden veg blended in... and you could chop up some veg peppers, olives etc and let him make a smiley face etc.......
just a quick one really hun as i'm rushing of but just wanted to give you a suggestion.... i've got a nuggets recipe too somewhere.......
