Short cervix

Hey, I thought I would post this here as well as on expecting in case any of you girls have been told the same when you was preggers. Well after the internal I had on tuesday night I was told I had a short cervix and given 2 steroid injections to help mature babies lungs.

All I have been told is that it is short and could mean that I go into labour within 24 hours or I could still go past my due date. My son was born at 36+5 and that was another reason I had the injections as they said bubs is most likely to come early.

Has anyone every been told they had a short cervix and when did you give birth? I have been told just not to push myself too hard but thats about it.

Thanks girls
Love Toni, Rhys (15months) and Lily-Rose bump (33wks) x x x

PS Came home yesterday afternoon, all is fine just gotta go back to hospital if the constant backache comes back.
