New baby came early...

Hi, girls. This is Julia Brennan again, but this time I'm not here with questions about my three-year-old triplets. The Brennan Family is pleased to announce our newest member - Cecilia Grace Brennan. Cecilia was born early, at 35 1/2 weeks, on August 10! She weighed 5 lb, 11 oz and was (surprisingly) 20 inches long, so not bad for a borderline premie baby! Unfortunately, she had a bit of a breathing issue after birth and wouldn't nurse properly, but after a day and a half in the NICU, she is home with us, nursing and breathing perfectly on her own! Luckily, you were all right about the girls - Lydia, Arabella, and Fiona have settled down very quickly into the role of big sisters, and they adore Cecilia! It is very cute to watch them all together, and daddy is already thinking about baby number 5!!! Well, we'll just let him fantasize for a while, since there is no way I'm getting pregnant again so soon now that I have FOUR girls to look after! Thanks for all your help in the past, and I'm wishing you all the best of luck whether you are trying to conceive, pregnant, or dealing with your babies and toddlers!

Thanks for the congratulations, ladies! Todd and I really appreciate it! This was a tough pregnancy for me, even after surviving triplets, and we are just so glad to have her here and healthy (yes, we are quite pleased with her weight considering her early delivery)! Cecilia is gorgeous - I had forgotten just how lovely babies were since I was so caught up in the terrible toddler years with the triplets - and has the same dark hair that Fiona has, which looks smashing with her baby blues (Lydia and Arabella are a bit more blonde, especially Lydia). Again, thanks for your support, and Todd and I wish your families the best!
