Baby hates being put down! help, i am so tired of it!

Hi Ladies
I don't know what to do anymore. My girl is now 9 weeks old. Whenever I put her down she screams her head off wanting to be picked up again. She is totally ok being held but then when she is put into her cot etc she cries!
Any ideas? I am so frustrted. I feel like I have to hold her all day long!

the easy answer is to get a sling or wap - we have a sleepywrap and LOVE it (www.sleepywrap.com)
when siri was smaller and not wanting to play by herself i wore her while i did things around the house, well, and when walking, shopping, everything really
now we wear her more when shopping as she loves playing on the floor now, but i still wear her around the house sometimes
it's also great for our backs and core strength! she's about 19lbs now and i can barely tell i am carrying her when she's in the sling

oh and it's a great way to show her off too lol, loads of people comment
